Anvil

  • 80 x 120mm metal bar with 5mm and 9mm indentations.
  • Used along with a set of rivet setters.
  • Tubular rivets can be set on a flat surface resulting in the cap being rounded by the indentation in the rivet setter.
  • Double capped rivets can be set using the indentations in the anvil along with the indentation in the rivet setter, resulting in both the rivet and the cap being rounded when set.

Rivet Set

  • Round metal bar set with 5mm and 9mm indentations used for setting a range of rivets from 5mm to 9mm.
  • For best results, use it along an Anvil.

Mallet

  • Nylon head, 60mm in diameter x 80mm high.
  • Brushed aluminum handle, 290mm in length.
  • Lightweight, resistant to wear, has minimal bounce and protect your tools.

Scribe

  • 120mm long steel pen.
  • It is used to trace patterns onto vegetable-tanned leather, scratch shallow grooves and make general markings.

Slit Cutters Set

Slit Cutter – 4mm

  • Ideal for punching small slits when setting clasps such as tuck locks or magnets.

Slit Cutter – 12mm

  • Ideal for punching larger slits and especially for punching the ends of zip slits.

Stitch Setter

  • Used to seat stitches into the leather, tap on glued areas to bond together, shape corners of turned-over pockets, etc.

Stitching Chisels

Chisel Set – Small

  • It consists of a single, double and four prong stitching fork/chisel.
  • Prongs are 2mm wide with a 2mm gap in between.  Ideal for manufacturing smaller items such as a wallet or small clutch bag.
  • Advisable to use along with 1.0 John James Saddlers Harness Needles and 0.8mm thick waxed thread.

Chisel Set – Standard

  • It consists of a single, double and four prong stitching fork/chisel.
  • Prongs are 3mm wide with a 3mm gap in between.
  • Advisable to use along with 1.0 or 2.0 John James Saddlers Harness Needles and 0.8mm or 1.0mm thick waxed thread.
